In 2025, Wedbush Financial Services acquired a significant minority stake in Trigon, a leading Central and Eastern European investment banking firm. The partnership establishes Wedbush’s foothold in the fast-growing CEE region, furthering its global strategy, while providing Trigon clients with broader access to global investors and cross-border capital markets capabilities.
Wedbush Financial Services is the largest shareholder in Velocity Trade, a Toronto-headquartered global broker-dealer.
