Team Spotlight: Dreyer & Reinbold Racing
Dreyer & Reinbold Racing is an Indiana-rooted IndyCar team with deep motorsport heritage and a century-long legacy at the Indianapolis 500. Founded in 1999 by Indianapolis car dealer Dennis Reinbold, the team honors his grandfather Floyd “Pop” Dreyer – a former factory motorcycle racer, Duesenberg crewman, and builder of front row Indy 500 cars in the 1930s. Since its debut, DRR has qualified all 42 of its Indy 500 entries – a rare feat that speaks to precision, preparation, and performance under pressure.

Since the 1970s, the Hermosa Beach Open has been the
cornerstone of professional beach volleyball, bringing Olympic level competition to the iconic Hermosa Beach Pier Courts. Wedbush is proud to serve as presenting sponsor of this legendary tournament, which showcases top-tier talent while celebrating the spirit and community that make beach volleyball such a great sport.
Beach volleyball is deeply rooted in Hermosa Beach. The city became a hub for the sport in the 1960s and 1970s, hosting high profile tournaments that helped popularize beach volleyball and attract top players from around the world. Today, Hermosa Beach remains the epicenter of elite beach volleyball, and we’re honored to support this tradition.
The 2026 Hermosa Beach Open takes place September 10-13, continuing a legacy of bringing the community together and supporting the growth of beach volleyball globally.
6-Man Beach Volleyball Tournament
Team Wedbush regularly participates in the annual 6-Man Beach Volleyball Tournament in Manhattan Beach, where we’ve had the honor of competing alongside legendary athletes including Phil Dalhausser and Avery Drost, as well as USA and All-American college players.
These events strengthen our connection to the communities we serve and embody the West Coast spirit that defines our firm.
