Francis Paulino
Managing Director, Corporate Development
Francis is Managing Director of Corporate Development at Wedbush Financial Services and Wedbush Securities, where he focuses on U.S. market structure, execution services, clearing, and settlement. He is also the Co-Founder and Head of Wedbush EOS, the firm’s electronic trading platform for corporate issuers, and serves on the boards of Qapital, Velocity Trade, and WT Partners, among others.
Since joining Wedbush in 2016, Francis has held senior roles across investment banking and corporate development, following earlier experience at the National Stock Exchange, Cantor Fitzgerald, the NYSE, UBS, and Datek Securities.
Originally from New Jersey, Francis enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as solving puzzles and strategy games. A favorite memory is boating and snorkeling in the bays of St. John.
Something unique about him: while at Rutgers University, he founded the History of Science major before earning his B.A. and going on to build his career in finance.
